Hello, this is us from c-rex.net GmbH

Markus Wiedenmaier is founder and CEO of c-rex. He founded the company in 2019 to further develop its cloud-based Digital Transformation Service
and Information Delivery Service
solutions. These solutions were developed and marketed many years earlier in his company practice innovation
(founded in 2010).
For over 20 years, Markus has offered his expertise as a trainer, developer and system integrator in the area of XML publishing solutions, process integration, process automation, data modeling and data migration.
Markus is the absolute technology geek. There's no such thing as can
't. There is always a way to effectively convert data and develop new software, implement new functionality, automate processes and break down information silos.
Markus is happily married, father of two grown-up children and proud grandpa of two grandchildren. Thus, his free time is often turned upside down. He also likes to go for long walks in Hegau with his dog Odin.

Andrea Wiedenmaier represents the company as authorized signatory and CFO. She takes care of HR, marketing and the finances.
As a business coach, she restructures the company and offers her know-how to other companies.
She brings her years of experience in employee development to help push the team to its limits and grow beyond itself. Employees should enjoy coming to work and continue to develop.
Andrea finds her personal downtime in yoga, meditation and Happyness Coaching.

Chris Wiedenmaier has already completed his training as an IT specialist for application development at practice innovation
.
Since 2011, Chris has been available to our customers as a young head, bringing new innovations that he implements together with his team.
As an instructor, his primary goal is to teach our students and trainees new knowledge while having fun at work.
Another task is system administration to keep not only the network but also all clients up to date.
In his free time, Chris likes to go underwater once in a while to explore the beautiful underwater worlds. On land, he is often out exploring with his dog Pablo and the two of them have great adventures together.

Saskia Knapp is responsible for the back office work and is our marketing genius.
Your responsibilities will include lead generation, proposal generation and follow-up, and our social media presence. She creates new marketing campaigns and organizes their implementation.
In her spare time, she enjoys being an amateur baker and pounces on new recipes, whether sweet or savory.
To give herself some time off, Saskia likes to go on long hikes with her dog Pablo and explore new environments.

Our working student Lukas Boll has been enriching our team as a software developer for several years now.
With his background in mathematics and his passion for developing new technologies and simplifying processes, he can bring his knowledge from his studies directly to us.
If complex algorithms are needed, Lukas is immediately on fire and immerses himself in the theory like no other!
In his spare time, Lukas is a bookworm and enjoys reading novels of classic literature. He satisfies his thirst for adventure with trips to different cities and countries.

Tobias Golly is training with us to become an IT specialist for application development. He works in Chris' team mainly in the area of web development.
Tobias is our creative head and has mostly independently set up our new blog. He is currently working on the relaunch of our website.
After work, Tobias likes to go shoot some hoops. His sporting activities are not limited to basketball, soccer is also one of his hobbies. Once he feels more like quiet activity, he goes for long walks.

Regine Ceglarek joined c-rex in February 2021. As a technical writer, she works on documentation for DTS and IDS. She also authors most of our blog articles and posts on our social media channels such as LinkedIn, etc.
Her special hobbyhorse are the explainer videos, which you can watch in our YouTube channel.
Regine works from her home office in Munich and occasionally comes to the office for workshops and special events.
In her private life she finds relaxation in doing puzzles. Regine does not know too many parts in this context. And also long walks in the near and far surroundings are her daily leisure compensation.
